Group Health Incorporated Plans

For individuals and families GHI offers plans such as: GHI Alliance Value Plan (PPO)- basic hospital, medical and prescription drug coverage for In-Network and Out-of-Network, with options; GHI Alliance 365 Day Hospital Plan- inpatient and outpatient benefits, with no deductible or coinsurance; GHI Small Business Advantage Plan- wide access to locations and pharmacies, no referrals required; and Healthy New York EPO- complete coverage. Direct Pay GHI HMO, Direct Pay POS and Healthy New York offers complete coverage, cost saving options, and a wide range of services.

Small Group Coverage (2-50 employees) and Large Group Coverage (Over 50 Employees) includes several plans like: GHI PPO, GHI PPO Share, GHI EPO, GHI EPO Share, GHI Brooklyn Health Works EPO Max, GHI Brooklyn Health Works EPO Total, Healthy New York EPO, GHI HMO, GHI HMO Value Plan, GHI POS, Healthy New York HMO, GHI Preferred Dental, GHI Preferred Plus Dental, GHI Network Access and some HSA plans.

GHI Medicare Plans, which can include Part D coverage that you can choose from, are: GHI Medicare Choice PPO, GHI Medicare Prescription Drug Plan, and Medicare Supplement Insurance.

For qualifying low-income families and individuals, GHI offers plans at little or no cost, like: Child Health Plus, Family Health Plus and Medicaid Managed Care.
